For 10 years I unintentionally teetered on the verge of burnout in motherhood.  I had developed some bad habits learning the lessons of motherhood. I found myself wasting time, having no plan, letting the kids run the show, struggling alone in silence before I would eventually blow up on my spouse.

I finally realized that if I was going to find more balance in my day, be more present with my kids, and have better communication with my spouse, it was up to me to intentionally make those changes.

So I decided to get serious about planning my daily priorities.
Habit Stacking was a simple strategy that helped me gain back more time, stamina and best of all hope.
And I can’t wait to share it with you.
