about me

For 10 years I felt so defeated as I constantly kept forgetting critical household tasks in my daily schedule.  I was in constant chronic burnout because I was so inefficient and overwhelmed that I lived in damage control.

 I found myself wasting time on meaningless tasks that weren’t a priority and my irritation would spill over onto my spouse.  I finally realized that I could sit here in frustration or I could do something that would help me 





 I also knew that my marriage was depending on better communication, but it was up to me to intentionally make those changes.

So I decided to get serious about my daily habits. Habit Stacking was a simple strategy that helped me gain back more time, stamina and best of all hope. And I can’t wait to share it with you.
